Dr. Ledbetter has served as a member of our Board of Directors since November 2009, as a member of our audit committee since December 2018, as Chair of our nominating and corporate governance committee since August 2019, and as a member of our compensation committee since March 2021. Dr. Ledbetter has served as the Chairman and Chief Technology Officer of SimpleRose, Inc., a software company, since July 2018 and as Chief Executive Officer of SimpleRose, Inc. since August 2019. He served as a Managing Director of Pelion Venture Partners, a venture capital firm, from June 2003 through June 2018 and as a Special Advisor from June 2018 until December 2019. Dr. Ledbetter has served on the boards of directors of four other public companies and more than thirty privately-held companies during his career. Dr. Ledbetter holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Redlands, an M.S. in Mathematics from Brandeis University, and a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Clark University.
