Mr. Prince is one of our Co-Founders and has served as our Chief Executive Officer and Chair of our Board of Directors since July 2009. He also co-founded Unspam Technologies, Inc., a software and services company, and has served as its Chair since December 2001. Mr. Prince holds a B.A. in English and a minor in Computer Science from Trinity College-Hartford, a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
