Mr. Hawkins has served on our Board of Directors and as Chair of our audit committee since June 2022. He served as President and Chief Financial Officer Emeritus Advisor for Salesforce.com, Inc., a software company, from February 2021 to November 2021. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Financial Officer and Principal Financial Officer of Salesforce.com, Inc. from August 2017 to January 2021, and as the Chief Financial Officer, Principal Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Salesforce.com, Inc. from August 2014 to August 2017. From April 2009 to July 2014, Mr. Hawkins served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Principal Financial Officer of Autodesk, Inc., a design software and services company. Mr. Hawkins previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance and Information Technology at Logitech International S.A., a global hardware company, from April 2006 to April 2009. Mr. Hawkins currently serves on the board of directors and audit committees of Toast, Inc., a software company, and SecureWorks Corp., a global cybersecurity company, and the board of directors of Workday, Inc., a software company. In 2021, he briefly served on the board of directors of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc., a financial technology company, before stepping down from the role. He holds a B.A. in Operations Management from Michigan State University and an M.B.A from University of Colorado. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
